MVA w/ Extrication and Flyout

On May 31st, at 1812 hours, EMS 51 was alerted for an MVA with entrapment on St. Patricks Drive, 1/2 mile in off of Billingsley Road. PA518 Responded with EMT-B A. Zambrana (Driver), EMT-P K. Cooper (OIC), EMT-B S. Dofflemyer (Aide), and EMT-B R. Ansell (Aide). Waldorf units arrived on the scene confirming one trapped, and one possible signed release. PA127, Squad 3, and RE123 worked to extricate the patient, while PA518 obtained one signed release. Due to the nature of injuries of the trapped patient, a helicopter was requested. The patient was packaged, and moved to PA127. USPP Eagle 1 flew the patient to PG Hospital. Units returned to service at 1859.
